In this project, I designed a preliminary scheme of a district on an empty 25ha piece of land in my hometown. During the last 20 years, the only sphere of active construction development was housing. As a result, the number of citizens increased, but there are not enough schools, office spaces, and other infrastructure to support this increase.
I wanted to create an infrastructurally balanced district with affordable housing (to make the project financially possible and attractive to investors), schools, a hospital, a theater, restaurants, etc.
