Duplex or Quadro 2-story house, each section of which has to be 4,5 meters wide (excluding exterior walls);
Family house for a permanent residence for at least 3 people, including a child;
It is necessary to take into consideration installation of individual heating systems and integration of additional elements (balcony, veranda, garden tools storage,etc);
The useful area (living rooms + bedrooms) of each apartment is has to be 50 square meters of less.
